I am stepping up to lead because I love helping others, and working for On The Move has allowed me to fulfill this passion. Growing up, I knew that helping others would be my devotion because I believe in social equity, empowerment, advocacy, and social justice. Empowering communities and families is vital to making changes. One person may not be able to change the world but can change someone's world when given the tools to succeed. By empowering others, we open up a world of possibilities they didn't know existed or were available. Being of service does that. It allows individuals, families, and communities to unite, make changes, and thrive.
