*My Story
- I am
I am a child at heart.
- I earn my daily bread
I was born to work with people, and I currently teach youth how to think for themselves.
- Where I’ve come from and where I expect to be in the next 3-5 years
I come from a mixed past, both in my ethnic and cultural surroundings, and in my education. I hope to fuse my prior experience into a clear direction for my future. Depth without lossing breadth.
I hope to attend graduate school and aspire to one day work with teachers.
- My story of impact
Recently, one of my students asked me about how to get a job. He asked to see a copy of my resume and used it as a template for his own. He came and sat at my desk with his job applications and asked me to help him fill them out. I told him to use pencil to start, just like my mother had told me.
