McPherson kids meet big cats during after school event

Nakuru the serval jumps for a piece of meat offered by Rob Dicely of Leopards Inc. in Occidental during a program for students at McPherson Elementary School on Wednesday. The presentation, which also featured a leopard, cheetah and lynx, was brought to McPherson and Salvador elementary schools as part of an after-school program called Arts Links, sponsored by On the Move. “This is so exciting,” said Arts Links staff member Jaime Linden, “These kids never get to see anything like this.
