Professional Teacher Induction Program
The Reach Professional Teacher Induction Program is designed for teachers currently holding a Preliminary Credential, working towards their Professional Clear Credential. The Induction Program is a partnership with the Bay Area School of Enterprise and a consortium of charter schools. The program will support new teachers, over the course of two years, to earn a California Professional Clear Credential.
The Reach Mentor Coaching Academy is designed for experienced teachers who seek to serve as school leaders inside and outside of the classroom. The Coaching Academy will include the development of school-based teacher-leaders who can support and challenge new teachers as well as become leaders on their staff teams.
School Leadership Coaching
The Reach School Improvement Program is designed for educators moving into positions of administrative leadership. The Reach School Improvement Program mobilizes principals and teachers, through intensive coaching, to provide the core leadership necessary for highly effective schools, implementing a shared vision with students and the community.
