The principal coaching component of the Reach Program is built upon OTM’s well established School Improvement Program. This program is designed for current school leaders, including administrators and lead teachers, and is supported by fees from the participating schools. Currently, OTM staff members are coaching veteran and emerging school leaders at more than 20 schools across the Bay Area.

OTM’s School Reform Program models accountability and transparency, teaching school leaders to set clear expectations, communicate openly and to evaluate and reflect upon the professional practices of every staff member.
OTM’s School Reform Program helps school leaders to shape their programs, including data collection, charter renewal, accreditation, and the development of course lists and disciplinary policies.
