Reach Program Partners:
Reach Credential Programs began our pilot year, serving 30 intern and induction teachers from 8 schools, in August 2007. The Reach partner schools include:

Reach Staff:
Reach is staffed by a team of experienced educators and teachers and supported by faculty advisors drawn from colleges and univesitites across the bay area. The heart of the staff are the teacher/coaches who work side by side with new teachers. Reach coaches include:
*Peggy Dove - 2nd grade teacher and Reach design team member.
*Victoria Folks- Middle school English Language Arts & AVID teacher and design team member
*Page Tompkins-High School Social Science Teacher & Principal and Reach Director
Reach Program Design Process:
The Reach Intern and Induction Programs were developed by Group 6 of On The Verge. The Design Team was composed of 15 experienced educators, drawn from partner schools and school districts. The Design Team included members from San Jose, Napa, and the East Bay. The Design Team developed components of the program, piloted the program's practices, and submitted the program for approval from California Commission on Teacher Credentialing.
