On The Move’s young leaders work in numerous geographic areas, fields of interest and sectors of society. In addition, OTM supports young people as they seek excellence within new and existing organizations, working individually or in teams.

By working with young people across three levels:

• Individual young people working to increase their impact within existing organizations
• Teams of young people building and sustaining a culture of excellence within existing organizations
• Entrepreneurial young people who seek to run their own start-up organizations

OTM engages in a process of continuous learning, identifying key strategies to support young people as they step into positions of growing commitment and responsibility.
